John Kelly Zeta Queen Bed

In the spring of 2000, John Kelly began designing the Zeta Series Furnishings. Their objective was again to reduce each furnishing to just two (2) basic elements, surface and container. By reducing surfaces to a grid of slats joined to frames; inserting containers into the cases; and again reducing the horizontal surfaces to wood panels, a distinctively modern line of furnishings was introduced.

Construction
All Zeta Series Furnishings are made from solid European oak and detailed with stainless steel pulls. Three coats of matte lacquer and one coat of finishing wax provide a sturdy, non-toxic finish that penetrates deep into the oak. This layering of finishes allows the furnishings to develop a natural patina over time through exposure to air and sunlight.

The great thing about designing furniture is that it is exclusively for humans; and regardless of how much humans evolve, we continue to have pretty basic needs in terms of furnishing the places where we live�We sleep in beds�We work at desks�We sit in chairs�We eat from table tops�We put our clothes in chests and wardrobes�Fortunately, John Kelly does not think that we will ever evolve to a state where this is different.

Assembly
Easy to assemble. Simply attach headboard to side rails. Then attach slats to side rails.

Delivery
Free Standard Delivery in 1-2 weeks. Set-up is also included when ordered with a mattress being delivered with White Glove Delivery service.
