Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes! At US-Mattress.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

Where Does US-Mattress.com Deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada (see details) that is road accessible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver outside of Canada internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

We also offer weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call for pricing and availability. Special delivery times and locations (Hawaii and Alaska) cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Standard Delivery:

• Your mattress order will be delivered and unloaded to the front door of your house or building entrance.
• Delivery timing: Approximately 10-12 weeks. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 5 or 6 days after your order has shipped from our facility.

WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME delivery

1. TIMING: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 13 to 14 weeks. (Remote areas can take longer.)
2. SERVICE LEVEL: Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded.
3. SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately two weeks after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
4. EXCLUDES: None
5. FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.
6. ADDITIONAL SERVICE: If you wish to add removal to your delivery, please select "White Glove & Removal" from the delivery options drop-down menu above, and this service will be added for an additional $99. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery also available for an additional $99; for phone orders only at 1-800-455-1052.

• Please note: The mattress will be custom made for you and therefore it cannot be canceled or changed after order placement.
• Available up to 78" (width) by 84" (length). Call for quotes on any sizes other than those listed in the drop-down menu.
• Due to manufacturing processes, mattress measurements may be up to 2" larger or smaller.
• 3/4 Bed sizes have varied over the years. Measure your bed to verify the correct dimensions before ordering.
