Manuel Canovas founded his fabric house in 1963. His love of textiles and knowledge of painting are evident in his design, as is his ability to combine the precision of a draughtsman with the instinct of a colorist. In September 2002, Manuel Canovas extended his knowledge to create a luxury collection of bedding.
