The Natura Organic IV firm is a great mattress for anyone who enjoys an all natural organic mattress with a firm comfort rating. Designed with the back and stomach sleeper in mind, the Organic IV firm is a mattress that provides excellent support to the lower back area to help reduce tossing and turning and pressure. Side sleepers beware however as this mattress is quite firm. If you enjoy sleeping on your side, you may want to go with a plush or an ultra plush euro top instead.

The Natura Organic IV firm sleep system is one of the most unique mattresses you will find on the market today. When purchased in a queen or king size, the Organic IV firm has a small divider located at the head of the mattress which is designed to be used with the all natural adjustable base included with every Organic IV sold. The adjustable base allows the user to raise or lower the head of the mattress which makes for easy reading or relaxing before bed. This is the only Natura mattress offered in our lineup that comes with the adjustable headrest feature, and it is extremely convenient.

The Natura Organic IV firm is extremely durable and comes with a 20 year warranty against defects so you can rest easy knowing that your purchase comes with protection. Overall I found the Natura Organic IV firm to be quite firm, yet still comfortable when sleeping on my stomach or back. If you're looking for a firm mattress with an all natural, adjustable backrest then I highly recommend Natura Organic IV firm to you.
