Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes! At US-Mattress.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide
delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.
Where Does US-Mattress.com Deliver?
We deliver anywhere
in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. If you live in
Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact
us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this
time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have
those arrangements in place.
Your Mattress Delivery Options
Standard White Glove Delivery:
- Free on all Stearns & Foster, Simmons, Sealy and specially marked Serta mattress sets.
- Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom (Includes up to half hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.
- Delivery timing: Approximately 3 weeks. Mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise mattress sets are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 3-5 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)
Express White Glove Delivery:
- Available on all Stearns & Foster and Sealy mattress sets for $149.
- Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded.
- Delivery timing: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 2 days. Remote locations can take 1 to 4 days extra. Check Your Delivery Area(Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.) Sealy Adjustable Bases and Twin XL sizes; Spring Free or True Form Twin, Twin XL, Full, and Full XL; (available via non-Express White Glove Delivery.)
Standard Delivery:
- Free on every mattress set.
- Your mattress order will be delivered and unloaded for you to your curbside. For a small additional fee of $49, we can have your order delivered to the front door of your house or building entrance.
- Delivery timing: Approximately 2 weeks. Mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise mattress sets are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 3-5 days. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility.
Mattress Removal:
- Free on every Stearns & Foster mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Free removal service is currently limited to Stearns & Foster deliveries.
- If you wish to add removal to any other brand, please call or email and we can add this service for only $99. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service.
- Please note, for Hurricane Katrina affected areas in and around New Orleans, service is temporarily limited to moving your old mattress to the curb for municipal pickup.
EXPRESS STANDARD delivery:
- Free on all Sealy and Stearns & Foster mattress sets
- Receive your mattress in 1 day! Available to most zip codes. Order by 12 pm (noon) EST and delivery is made the next business day (For example, order by 12 pm Monday and receive your mattress on Tuesday afternoon; or order by 12 pm Friday and receive your mattress Monday afternoon.) You're not required to receive delivery the next day, the actual delivery date can be changed when you place your order or when you're contacted for the delivery. Remote locations can take 1 to 4 days extra.
- Your mattress will be delivered the next business day between 12 to 5 pm. Someone must be home to accept delivery. You're not required to receive delivery the next day; the actual delivery date can be changed when you place your order or when you're contacted for the delivery. Your mattress order will be delivered to your front door. (In-Home service is not available with Standard Delivery.)
Your Bedroom Furniture Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
- Free on all bed furniture.
- Your furniture order will be delivered and unloaded for you to
your curbside. For a small additional fee, we can have your order
delivered to the front door of your house or building entrance (call or
email us for pricing.) Some products ship directly to you from our
manufacturers.
- Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks. Furniture in our
warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and
received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is
approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a
call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or
4 days after your order has shipped from our facility.
White Glove Delivery:
- Free on all bed furniture ordered with any mattress set including White Glove service.
Bed furniture ordered with a mattress set getting White Glove
delivery will be delivered at the same time and will be set up as part
of the mattress White Glove service! Your new furniture and mattress
will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom
(Includes up to half hour of minor assembly! Up to 1 flight of stairs. Any
additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.)
The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your
behalf.

mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise they’re
ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time
is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a
call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about
1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note,
extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)
Your Pillows, Sheets & Bedding Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
- Free on all pillows, sheets and bedding.
- Your bedding order will be sent to you via Fed Ex or UPS ground. Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.
- Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks. Bedding in our
warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise products are ordered and
received from our manufacturers in 5-7 business day. Transit time is
approximately 3-4 days after leaving our facility.
Guarantees & Policies
Next Day and Quick Ship products:
- Select & specially marked products are available for Quick
Ship order and delivery. Delivery details are available on the product
description pages for those marked items.
Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
- We want you to make your
purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful
selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you
wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up
to 100 days after delivery.
(An increase in price requires payment for the price difference.
Exchange covers similar size, limit 1 exchange per customer.) All you
have to pay is a $99 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses.
All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your
new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new
(or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with
that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right
decision.
Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange
it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the
shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
What about refunds? Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.
Our Furniture and Linens Guarantee/ Return Policy:
- Bedroom furniture and
linen purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned
merchandise needs to be undamaged/unused and packed in the original packaging
materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To
process a return, just give us a call. As far as returns on Clearance Section items; all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)
Order Cancellation/ Return Policy:
- Most orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (If
you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, there is no charge. Orders being shipped Next Day/Express Delivery must be canceled before shipment.
After the cancellation period, we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.)
To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-455-1052. Your purchase is backed
by our 100 day guarantee. (Please see Guarantee
for details.) If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note
the damage on the delivery receipt and call us at 1-800-455-1052 so
that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to
you).
Please be assured that all bedding comes with the original manufacturer
warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled
through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to
assist you with any warranty concerns.
As far as returns on Clearance Section items; all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)

Personal Protection Policy:
- Your personal protection is a priority at US-Mattress.com. Accordingly,
your orders are processed with powerful encryption technology to
achieve maximum information protection. Federal law limits your
liability to $50 for fraudulent use of your credit card. US-Mattress
will cover your liability up to $50 in the unlikely event your purchase
transaction on our site results in fraudulent use of your card.
Furthermore, US-Mattress.com will not sell or share your personal
information to outside parties. Period.

Multi-Payment Policy:
- EasyPay monthly installments are now available to make your purchase experience more affordable and convenient. We use your existing credit card and there is no finance charge.
EasyPay is available on approved purchases by calling us toll-free 800-455-1052.
When your order is processed, we will bill your credit card for the first monthly payment plus your total tax, if applicable. The balance is then automatically billed to your credit card in equal monthly installments starting the same day one month from the day the product was purchased.
All items remain the property of Mattress USA until paid in full. In the event of non-compliance with the multi-pay terms or fraudulent use of funds, Mattress USA reserves the right to appear at the purchaser's or receiver's premises and take possession of the said merchandise without prior consent or notice.
