Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes! At US-Mattress.com, there's no charge for delivery. We provide
delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.
Where Does US-Mattress.com Deliver?
We deliver anywhere
in the continental 48 states and Canada (see details) that is road accessible. If you live in
Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact
us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver outside of Canada internationally at this
time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have
those arrangements in place.
Your Mattress Delivery Options
In-Home Setup & Delivery:
- Free on all Stearns & Foster, Simmons, Sealy and specially marked Serta mattress sets.
- SERVICE LEVEL: Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.)
- SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately a week after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
- TIMING & DELIVERY: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 1-2 weeks on Stearns and Foster and Sealy purchases, 2-3 weeks for all other brands anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible (Canada Details). Remote locations may take an additional week.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Mattress removal is available for an additional $49 when you select your delivery option online. For your added convenience, these other options are available for a nominal fee by phone only at 1-800-455-1052:
• Evening delivery
• Weekend or holiday delivery
• Express 3-Day
Front Door Delivery:
- Free on every mattress set that is not receiving free white glove service.
- TIMING & DELIVERY:From time of order, receive your mattress in about 2 to 3 weeks anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible (Canada Details). Remote locations may take an additional week.
- SERVICE LEVEL: Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. (For multi-family locations, delivery is to the front door of the building.)
- SCHEDULING DELIVERY:You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately two weeks after your order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
- AVAILABILITY: Select sizes only. Select your size to see available delivery options.
- FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: For your added convenience, these other options are available for a nominal fee by phone only at 1-800-455-1052:

Next Day Front Door Delivery:
- Free on select sets, and for $69 on select Sealy mattress sets.
- TIMING & DELIVERY: Receive your mattress in 1 day!* Available to most zip codes (check your zip). Order by 1 pm EST and delivery is made the next business day (For example, order by 1 pm Monday and receive your mattress on Tuesday afternoon; or order by 1 pm Friday and receive your mattress Monday afternoon.) You're not required to receive delivery the next day, the actual delivery date can be changed when you're contacted for the delivery. Remote locations can take 1 to 4 days extra (check your zip).
- SERVICE LEVEL: Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. (In-home setup is not available with Next Day Delivery. For multi-family locations, delivery is to the front door of the building.)
- SCHEDULING DELIVERY: Your mattress will be delivered the next business day between 12 to 5 pm. Someone must be home to accept delivery. You're not required to receive delivery the next day; the actual delivery date can be changed when you're contacted for the delivery.
- AVAILABILITY: Select sizes only. Select your size to see available delivery options.
- FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: For your added convenience, these other options are available for a nominal fee by phone only at 1-800-455-1052:

Mattress Removal:
- Free on every Stearns & Foster and or Simmons mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Free removal service is currently limited to Stearns & Foster and or Simmons deliveries.
- If you wish to add removal to any other brand, please call or select it as an option on the product page for only $49. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service.
Your Bedroom Furniture Delivery Options
Standard Delivery: FREE!
- Your new furniture will be delivered and unloaded for you to your curbside.
- Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days (some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers). Transit time is approximately 1 week. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility or the factory.
- Most UPS orders ship FREE to your front door, gated communities may be an exception.

- Your new furniture will be delivered and brought to your front door (or building entrance).
- Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days (some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers). Transit time is approximately 1 week. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility or the factory.
- Most UPS orders ship FREE to your front door, gated communities may be an exception.

White Glove Gold In-Home: $99
- Includes up to 1/2 hour of delivery service. Your new furniture will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice, up to 1 flight of stairs, and any no-tool minor assembly. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.
- White Glove Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 in addition to the Standard Delivery timing noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse usually ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)
- RTA (Ready to Assemble) furniture, bunk beds, loft beds, and bedroom groups require white glove platinum or platinum plus service.

- White Glove Platinum applies to RTA (ready to assemble) furniture that is flat packed.
- White Glove Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 in addition to the Standard Delivery timing noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse usually ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)

- Includes up to 3 hours of delivery service. Your new furniture will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice, up to 1 flight of stairs, and any assembly required. - White Glove Platinum Plus applies to all Bunk Beds, Loft Beds, and Bedroom Groups as they require extra time and assembly to ensure proper delivery.
- White Glove Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 in addition to the Standard Delivery timing noted on the product page. Furniture in our warehouse usually ships out in 48 hours; otherwise they're ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 2 weeks after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)
Get it Fast: Free Fast delivery in 3 to 7 business days
- Free on all specially marked Daybeds, Daybed Bedding, and Daybed Mattresses.
- Your bedding order will be sent to you via Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.
- Delivery timing: Daybed Frames and Mattresses ship from our facility within 48 hours. After arrival at the local agent, you will be contacted in 24 hours to schedule a delivery time. You'll get it in 3 to 7 business days, click here to find the delivery time in your area.
Your Pillows, Sheets & Bedding Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
- Free on all pillows, sheets and bedding.
- Your bedding order will be sent to you via Fed Ex or UPS ground. Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.
- Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks. Bedding in our
warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise products are ordered and
received from our manufacturers in 5-7 business day. Transit time is
approximately 3-4 days after leaving our facility.

We Ship to Canada!
We're located in southeastern Michigan which is the largest US border crossing into Canada, so we can ship your order quickly and easily.
- Delivery Timing & Service Levels
Please add 1 week to our normal US delivery estimates for both Standard and White Glove service levels. "Next Day Express", "Get it Now" and "Get it Fast" shipping options not available to Canada .
- Taxes & Duties Are Covered
As a registered non-resident importer in Canada, all duties, taxes (GST, PST and HST), are collected by us and remitted to Canadian and Provincial government authorities on your behalf. Any broker fees and import charges are also collected and paid on your behalf. All these charges are reflected at checkout on the Taxes line item. There are no extra charges, no COD fees, or any forms for you to worry about.
- Remote Delivery
If you live in the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut, we'd like to visit you and check out your beautiful lands. But shipping there takes longer and costs more, so please call us for a quote. If you live in the following remote area postal codes you will also need to call us for a delivery quote; Saskatchewan: S0J, S0M, S9X; Alberta: T0H-T0L, T1G, T1L-T1P, T1S, T1W-T1X, T3P, T3Z, T8S; British Columbia: V0A-V0B, V0C, V0E-V0G, V0h-V0L, V0M-V0S, V0T-V0V, V0W, V0X, V0G, V1J-V1K, V2P-V2R, V4Z, V8A-V8B, V8C-V8J, V9H-V9J, V9M-V9N, V9W, V9Y-V9Z.
- Returns
Please note our US return policies apply to Canadian orders. In addition, taxes and duties are refunded. Broker fees and incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Other
Some warranties may only be valid in the US. All products certified to US regulatory standards. All charges and refunds made in US dollars.
Next Day and Quick Ship products:
- Select & specially marked products are available for Quick
Ship order and delivery. Delivery details are available on the product
description pages for those marked items.
Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
- We want you to make your
purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful
selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you
wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up
to 100 days after delivery.
(An increase in price requires payment for the price difference.
Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer.) All you
have to pay is a $99 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses.
All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your
new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new
(or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with
that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right
decision.
Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange
it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the
shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
What about refunds? Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.
Lowest Price Guarantee:
- We guarantee our prices are already the lowest you can find anywhere; on or off the web! We constantly check them to ensure you're getting the best deal. But if you find the same product anywhere else, simply call or email us with the store information or website where you found the lower price. We will not only match it, we'll match 110% of the difference!
Price comparison will include all applicable order charges including, but not limited to product price, comparable service delivery charges, fees and taxes. Manufacturer Unilaterally Priced products, financing offers, clearance, membership club or closeout prices, prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise, or rebates excluded. Must receive claim within 30 days of purchase. We will also price match 100% to our site within 30 days of purchase. Qualifying decision on Low Price Guarantee rests solely with US-Mattress.
Mattress Order Cancellation/ Return Policy:
- Most orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order without any fee. Orders after 48 hours that can be stopped from shipping, will only be charged a 2% processing fee. Any orders canceled after that time that are not able to be stopped with the vendor could be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee, and any actual incurred shipping costs. Orders being shipped Next Day/Express Delivery must be canceled before shipment. Custom mattresses by Corsicana can not be canceled.)
To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-455-1052. Your purchase is backed
by our 100 day guarantee. (Please see Guarantee
for details.) If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note
the damage on the delivery receipt and call us at 1-800-455-1052 so
that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to
you).
Please be assured that all bedding comes with the original manufacturer
warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled
through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to
assist you with any warranty concerns.)
Our Furniture and Linens Guarantee/ Return Policy:
- Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Our guarantee is simple; purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged, in new and unused condition, and include original packaging materials and product literature. Customers are responsible for incurred round trip shipping fees + 17% restocking fee, and must be received within 30 days. Credit will be given in 3-5 business days from product return arrival. If the item is large or oversized; you can contact us to schedule return pick-up. You will be informed of incurred shipping fees via phone or email for approval of return before pickup is scheduled.
Custom ordered product (Amisco, Wesley Allen, Sydney Klein Designs, Eastern Accents Beds and Matouk Linens) is subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees as noted above when returned due to the specific nature of the product. To process a return, just call us during business hours at 1800-455-1052.
Of course, if your new furniture is damaged in shipment, we will replace the damaged item or send out a certified repair technician right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call within 1 day so we can assist.
- Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale
Ready To Assemble product that has been assembled, Clearance and Overstock Items, Unpackaged Linens, and Monogrammed from Sferra and embroidered Matouk linens are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
- Back Order
Although we try our best to inform you before your order is placed, an item may be on backorder with the manufacturer. In the event your order is on back order, we are happy to cancel it for you at no charge. However, if the item has already shipped within the indicated delivery timeframe, it would be subject to the Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy.
Furniture Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled or changed without any fee up to 48 hours. Just call us during business hours at 1-800-455-1052. Orders after 48 hours are unable to be canceled or changed as we are financially responsible for the order and their shipping is already in process. Those orders would be subject to our Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders Policy. Get if Fast and Get it Now items cannot be changed or canceled due to the rapid processing and shipping.
