If a stain does occur, a trained specialist at the ProGuard Service Center will help you remove the stain. If that is not successful a technician will be right to your home to help. If, in the rare case, the stain is permanent, Sealy will replace the pad and/or the mattress free of charge! (Mattress pads must be purchased with the mattress for the replacement to be honored)
