Free In-Home Setup & Delivery

TIMING & DELIVERY: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 1 to 2 weeks anywhere in the continental 48 states and Canada that is road accessible (Canada Details).
SERVICE LEVEL: Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.)
SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery agent, approximately a week after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.

Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 100 days after delivery. (An increase in price paid requires payment for the price difference. All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few weeks to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision.

Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.

After reading many reviews about several mattresses and personally inspecting several models and makes (I was specifically looking for a Queen sized all-Latex (no Memory Foam, please! mattress), I decided to purchase it here, at US-Matress because the price was excellent(better than elsewhere), there was NO TAX, and reasonable shipping charges (so reasonable, in fact, that I added the Glove Service option to the delivery so that they would take away my old mattress and place mine where it belonged). I am giving four/five stars to the whole process because the delivery process was complicated (US Mattress uses another company who, in turn, sub-contracts a local delivery company) so coordinating the delivery required several phone calls to all parties). That is the only reason I am not giving US Mattress five/five starts. The mattress itself is fantastic, since I love sleeping in very firm mattresses, and prefer all-Latex foam because of allergy reasons (even my pillows are all-Latex foam). The INSIGHTFUL model has the firmness that I wanted, so I am extremely satisfied with the product. I would recommend that, if you like FIRM mattresses made of ALL LATEX (not Memory Foam), you chose this product.

FIRM but comfortable....

We have been through 5 mattresses in 5 years! Pillowtop got the "speedbump" in the middle, next was too firm, next had a manufact. defect ect...This purchase was going to be our LAST for awhile at least so really researched. Went in w/ the idea of buying the next step up from this model but felt a little too "soft" in the store. So bought this one knowing that over time it would soften up, hopefully not too much like past ones had. But after sleeping on it just one night I could barely move! My hips, shoulders, EVERYTHING hurt! Was just too firm so instead of taking it back and paying big bucks for the step up, went and bought a 100. memory foam topper. Now it's like sleeping on a cloud! Soft on top so no more waking up like a "stiff" but firm underneath. And as it softens up w/ time we can remove the topper. LOVE the bed but it is firm and you may have to use a topper for awhile.

This bed was everything we could ask for. My Wife and I did not like any foam mattress until we tried this one. Definitely recommend heading to your local mattress store that carries these before purchasing because some people may think it is too firm. oh yeah and if your gonna get the mattress splurge and get the pillows they do wonders when they are together

The bed is awesome. My husband says it is a little firm. We have slept on it for 2 weeks and notice each day we like it more and more. The first week it took some getting used to since out last mattress was mush! We did wake up a few mornings stiff. However as the days progress we enjoy it more and more and by the end of the day I am ready to crawl into my bed and go to sleep. I anticipate enjoying many restful nights in this bed!

I am a Mattress snob, in the last 2 years I've sent back 6 mattress's mainly because after 2-3 months they all seemed to sag in the middle, and I'm 6ft 180 pounds. If your looking a for firm and supportive mattress that doesn't sag, this is the one and its definetely worth the money.

We tried out mattress at Raymour & Flanigan first and liked this one the best. It's the firmest in the line, so don't be surprised. I describe it as firm but soft - the surface is very flat and supportive, but not in a painful way. We've been comfortable in all sleeping positions.

Sleeping in this bed right now, and it is hard. The quality of the product is great, but I think I am returning it for the Meditation. I would put this bed at a 2 on the comfort scale. It's pretty much like sleeping on the floor...only with a little support. My shoulders ache from sleeping on my side.
