The Sealy Spring Free Latex Laurel Cove Ultra Plush Box Top is the softest Spring Free Mattress that Sealy makes. A mattress this soft is not for everyone. But for those looking for a marshmallow type, this could be a good choice. Latex is natural conforming, pressure relieving and with the addition of convoluted Infinilux and Super soft Sealy Foam, the Laurel Cove mattress will defiantly ease sore pressure areas like your hips and shoulders. However, I will tell you from some of my customer feedback on this mattress states that it is so soft that a small percentage of people report that they feel like they roll together in the mattress.
If you are looking for a soft latex pillow top but not to the extreme softness that the Laurel Cove offers, I would suggest looking into the Whistlewood is a nice plush mattress with a pillow top but it is not what I would call super soft. If you like the idea of a soft mattress but are concerned with getting a pillow top you should look into the Meadowcrest Ultra Plush. (Louisville, KY) Review: After Years on a spring mattress & box spring I splurged and bought the spring free for my Christmas Present. I can't begin to explain the difference. It's like sitting on something that just absorbs you weight without sinking. I will reccomend the heated mattress pad cover just to pimp it out a little. Sure it was pricey, but you spend most of your time at work, time with your family, why replenish yourself half way. I wish I could have done this years ago. Now Let's see how long it lasts. |

Since he weighs more than I do, the mattress forms a slope and it is very uncomfortable for me. I have acquired a cronic back pain. When I went on a trip for 10 days I slept on a firm bed and all my pain went away. Now I am back at home and after sleeping on it one night I got the pain again. I wish I had exchanged it from the beginning. |
