| Review: We bought this mattress for a bed in our 2nd home. However, before moving it to our home where we spend less time, we wanted to 'try it out' for a few months--to give it a test drive so to speak. In general, we are very pleased, to the point where we are considering keeping it and purchasing another mattress. The mattress sits up higher than our replaced mattress (I really like this feature). We moved from a firm mattress to this plush set. The mattress is very comfortable, getting in, sleeping, and upon getting up feeling quite refreshed. I *might* consider it a tad too plush for me because I sink a bit in it but I'm not sure I'd like anything that was as firm as our firm mattress. Overall, despite the plushness, it has given adequate support (after 2 months). The only semi-knock I'm going to give this mattress is it retains heat well enough and can get a little warm (nice for winter time but I'm afraid of what it might be like come spring/summer). I'm rating it a 5 for value (paid $674/queen) but going to knock it down to a 4 for the heat retention. Given the price we paid for the set, I would purchase another again. |

| Review: I just received my mattress today. It took about 12 days from order to receiving the mattress at the door. I was really anxious to get it. I'm glad to say that it was what I hoped it to be. The mattress is plush and comfortable. This is such a good deal compared to the Simmon. |

| Review: Love the bed. Seems like the price was excellent, but because retailers apply different names I am not sure if I am comparing apples to apples. I sleep more soundly and my wife says I don't wake her up anymore. The service from US - Mattress.com was excellent, the bed delivered faster than expected. The only improvement they could have is working with the trucking companies to get a little better service. When they say at the curb, they mean it and the upcharges to take it into the house are too high. |

| Review: As someone with serious back issues a good nights sleep was something I wasn't familiar with. I knew we needed a new bed so I started the hunt. After my 5th visit to a mattress store and countless 'lay down' attemps I came to the conclusion that I couldn't tell in 10 minutes whether it was a 'good' or 'bad' mattress. So I started searching the internet looking for someone to say 'This is the right mattress for you' - I never found that, however, I did find US Mattress along with several other 'Opinion' sites that helped me narrow down the playing field. The information provided by US Mattress about each model was most helpful and the price was even better. I looked at the same model at my local mattress store and their price was nearly $1000 more than US Mattress. I was hestitant to buy a bed on-line but with the price, no shipping costs and great financing I couldn't pass it up. The mattress was manufactured the day I ordered it and I received it in just 8 days! Last night was our 6th night, we both sleep through the night, wake without aches and pains and barely have to straighten the sheets when we get out! |

| Review: No more tossing and turning for me. The '7' comfort rating on this bed let me know exactly what to expect. I love a cushiony feel but didn't want to sacrifice support. This bed is perfect. An amazing amount of bang for the buck. About US-Mattress - the sales staff is polite and helpful. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would. And the quote I got on the same bed from a local retailer was $400 more. I could not be more thrilled. |

| Review: We received our new mattress 4 days ago and I was so disappointed in the 'plush' rating of '7'. Both my husband and I would rate this mattress as a 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the softest. It is really very firm in our opinion. If you are looking for a bed to relieve pressure points, this is not it. You lay flat on top of the mattress without any give. On a more positive note, this mattress is obviously well made and will last for many years. Instead of replacing this bed for the next step up the comfort scale, we've decided to keep it and add a 3-5 inch mattress topper from Costco which is costing an additional $250. The communication and delivery were without flaw, and I would recommend this company in every way except for their 'comfort scale'. Nothing can really replace trying out the mattress at a store. It's frustrating you cannot compare mattress names from one store to the next because I would have still come back here to buy since the price was our major motivation for online purchase. Buy confidently but be aware the comfort scale is subjective and may not match yours! |
