Very disappointing. Overpriced, very hot, and the support edge just adds to the bowl look. The actual sleep area is actually decreased because of the compression of the center.

I originally had the Serene Indulgence, and had to do a comfort exchange (see my review on the Serene Indulgence). this bed is way more supportive yet soft. I am very happy with this bed.
