The Breton pillow soft is the second mattress in the pillow soft Sertapedic line. It carries your basic Bonnell coil system along with a few more polyurethane foams than the Eldorado Way Pillow Soft. This will create a longer supporting, more comfortable mattress in the long run. The Breton also has a similar feel as the Eldorado Way Pillow Soft with a comfort scale of 5 for both mattresses.

The Breton firm mattress carries a 10 year warranty. This mattress would be a better mattress for a child's first mattress or a guest mattress as it will be a better supporting mattress. It is also only 10 inches thick and so it would also work well in most guest rooms since it is a little thinner than the average mattress today. The mattress being thinner makes it easier for your guests to get in and out of bed. Also, since it is thinner, there is less risk of a child hurting themselves should they fall out of bed.
