The Marseille Cathedral is one of the best buys in Stearns and Foster. It has top of the line quality but with a middle of the road price tag. It contains a coil system in the pillow top to add support and durability by helping to prevent indentations in the pillow top. It also contains both memory foam and latex to aid in the durability. If you're looking for a soft high quality mattress without the high price tag this may be the mattress for you.

We both wake up feeling refreshed from a great nights sleep. I don't believe you could possible go wrong with purchasing this mattress. We actually look forward to going to bed, knowing we want be tossing and turning throughout the night. I highly suggest this mattress to anybody. |
| Rating: Summary: Great so far! Reviewed by: JJufon (Frisco TX)Review: Let me start with the mattress; even though I just got it and it will take several weeks to "break-in"I really like it! The springs in the pillow top seems to a great idea. My mattress was manufactured 11/08 so it is fresh off the assembly line! It really hugs you well. I had a 4"memory form and polyfill topper on my old S&F that this one replaced. This mattress provides the same type of enveloping sense but provides great support too. I would buy this mattress again and I highly recommend it; you're getting S&F's top quality and materials for a not so top price with this set. Also, a 10 year non-prorated free replacement warranty. Now on to delivery: I bought a "complete"bed as well yet it got placed on a separate order; the CC Company flagged the bed a possible fraud. When U.S. Mattress called me the next day to let me know the order didn't go through (nice customer service BTW) I had already heard from the CC and had things taken care of, but since it was now two orders, I wanted to make sure that both items arrived at the same time so I could get the type of setup provided per their policy. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and both would arrive together. Well, that didn't happen; only the mattress arrived. I asked the driver where my bed was at and he explained that "they"(freight CO) didn't handle furniture; only the mattress. I then noticed they started to bring in the new mattress and begin assembling the frame with my old set still in the room. I they asked them "aren't you going to carry off the old set?"they stated no; they don't do that. Luckily, U.S. Mattress answers their phone quickly and told me they would have the issue resolved in two minutes. They told me to tell the drives not to leave and that they would be receiving a call from their boss to carry off the old set. They came back and carried off the old set (again, great customer service). My concern now however is that since the bed and mattress weren't delivered together, that they will only be providing curb service for the bed. I've spoken to CS and they've assured me it would be installed; we'll see. If the same fright company is involved I see another phone call to CS and a couple of mad drivers in my future. At the end of the day, I would highly recommend U.S Mattress to anyone looking to but online. The prices are good and their customer support is first rate! |

(Walla Walla, Washington)Review: After trying the Strasbourg Park, which didn't work for me at all - way too 'squishy and lumpy' - I opted for the Marseille Cathedral. I've only had it for less than a week, but I love this mattress. It's perfect - firm enough but extremely comfortable. It was worth going through the hassle of a comfort exchange...really. If you buy this mattress you won't be sorry! It's definitely a keeper. Thanks US Mattress - everyone there was very helpful! |

After I had read the reviews on all of the beds, I decided to trust ordering without seeing the mattress in person. This mattress is a work of art. From its embroidered top to its luxurious feel. I am very peculiar when I sleep on something. I trusted the scale from U.S. Mattresses. I wanted something soft, but firm, so I figured what I needed was a 7.5. I was right. I feel like royalty. Stearns and Foster is the best. |
