FREE WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME delivery
- TIMING: From time of order, receive your mattress in about 2 to 3 weeks.
- SERVICE LEVEL: Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom. (Includes up to 1/2 hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded.
- SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You will be provided with a day and time for delivery upon purchasing your new Tempur-Pedic mattress from one of our fine Michigan retail outlets.
- EXCLUDES: None
- FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture ordered at the same time will be delivered along with your new Tempur-Pedic mattress. Many of our linens are in stock and can be received in as little as 3 days or along with your Tempur-Pedic purchase.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICE: Removal of old bedding is provided free of charge with every Tempur-Pedic purchase.
Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 100 days after delivery. (An increase in price paid requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer.) All you have to pay is a $99 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses. Find out more about our guarantees and policies here.
All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few weeks to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision.
Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
