Construction

• Bedrails are made of veneered plywood (not MDF or solids) to prevent warping the splitting
• All beds feature metal hardware for attaching side rails to bed ends
• All bedrails have support brackets on ends so barrel bolts rest on metal, not wood
• Bunks include steel pins for maximum stability
• Guard rails the ladders are screwed or bolted to bed rails or bed ends
• Wood slat rolls with canvas stretcher, Two screws per slat
