The US Mattress Naturals Level 2 Luxury Firm is an all natural mattress made with zero foam. In a sea of mattresses made with polyurethane based foams, this is one of the few mattresses available today that uses only tried and true, all natural comfort materials, and an organic cotton quilt. With a comfort scale rating of 3, you can expect this mattress to feel firm, but not like you're sleeping on the living room floor.

We designed the Level 2 to provide comfort and support, without using synthetic foams, just all natural materials. The quilt is made with organic cotton fabric and a layer of all natural cotton. The cotton pad comfort layer provides good body contouring for pressure relief, to help reduce tossing and turning, and promote deep restful sleep. The back support system is an Active Edge Quantum innerspring system. This system uses individually wrapped coils that contour very well to the curves of your body, resulting in a gentle, yet solid support. The individually wrapped construction means less motion transfer when movement occurs, which is great for couples or light sleepers with pets that enjoy jumping on or off during the night. The Quantum Edge uses thicker coils that keep comfort consistent, even when sleeping all the way to the edge.
