Here's how we're working diligently to help everyone stay healthy:

With the help of our vendors and guidelines provided by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’re confident that we can serve you in a safe, healthy manner.

Shopping Online

  • We're working daily with our vendors and delivery companies to update any status changes, as well as making sure they're adhering to the highest cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
  • As usual, all of our mattresses are factory sealed in plastic bags to ensure cleanliness of every delivery.
  • Delivery drivers are taking extra steps in between every stop. Every morning their temperature is checked and they are equipped with hand sanitizer as well as disinfectant.
  • We are allowing customers to be flexible when arranging deliveries. Even if you selected in-home setup, you can ask for the product to be left on your porch, garage or wherever you feel most comfortable.
  • Per both the CDC and WHO, there is very minimal risk of catching the virus from any shipping containers. But for everyone’s safety, we are still taking extra steps to make sure our trucks, personal and warehouse are consistently cleaned and disinfected.
  • All warehouse and delivery personnel are following hand-washing and social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC.

Shopping in Michigan Stores

Our stores are open for walk-in customers as well as personal shopping appointments. You can also talk with a sales expert on the phone or over chat for a remote consultation.

We're taking steps to support the shopping experience and reduce the time needed to be physically in the store.

  • Customers can research products online, chat with experts on our website, have remote consultations, and schedule appointments, so there will be fewer shoppers in the store at any one time. If you choose to schedule an appointment, we will close the store for you during that time to limit your potential exposure to other customers.
  • When you visit, we follow 6-foot social distancing standards and provide disposable mattress and pillow shields.
  • Each store will have a sanitation station with hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks for your use. We also took care to place hand sanitizer at the entrances and cash registers.

We have significantly expanded our methods and increased the frequency of store cleaning.

  • Sanitizing wipers are near workstations, registers, and counters so employees can continuously clean them.
  • Between uses, associates will disinfect high-touch surfaces, based on CDC guidelines.
  • In addition, we will conduct a daily cleaning of all surfaces, including mattresses, registers, and counter tops, doors, and restrooms.

Associates will limit their direct contact with customers while increasing protective and hygienic routines throughout the day. All employees have received instructions on hand-washing, limiting contact, and keeping safe distances.

We're here to help

We’re finding ways to help you and our community, especially in our home state of Michigan. Recently we donated 60 mattress protectors to St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ypsilanti to help them prepare for anticipated surge in patients. We thank our vendors for their help and generosity to make it happen. We're glad to play a part and we're continuing to look for opportunities.
