An adjustable base is very beneficial for people who suffer from medical ailments. I've said the same thing in several of my reviews for power beds. People who suffer from arthritis, sleep apnea, acid reflux, and many other ailments can sleep easier when adding a power base to their bed.

Some people don't get their best comfort when lying flat on a mattress to sleep. These people sometimes pile pillows up to lift their heads up. Others bunch up the blankets under their legs so that they can sleep peacefully. Adding an adjustable base to your bed does these things for you.
