Our Mattress Guarantee

We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 100 days after delivery. (A difference in lower priced models at the time of exchange is non-refundable. An increase in price requires payment for the current price difference at the time of exchange. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per mattress ordered. The law tags on the mattress for exchange must be present. Custom size mattresses are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing variance in sizes.) All you have to pay is a $139 processing fee (no fee on Aireloom, Vispring, or Tempurpedic). We will cover all other expenses. All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision. Lowest Price Guarantee

We guarantee that our prices are the lowest you can find anywhere - on or off the web! If you can find a comparable advertised mattress set for a better price somewhere else, simply call or email us with the store information or the website where you found it within 30 days of your purchase. We won't just match their price, we'll match 110% of the difference, or your mattress is free! Price comparison includes all applicable order charges including, but not limited to: product price, comparable service delivery charges, fees and taxes.

We will also price match 100% of the difference on our site within 30 days of purchase. Qualifying decisions on Low Price Guarantee claims rest solely with US-Mattress. Low Price Guarantee does not apply to used, damaged, returned, open box and display merchandise, vendor rollbacks and rebates, special purchases, promotional/doorbuster items, financing offers, clearance/discontinued, membership club or closeout prices.

Mattress Order Cancellation/ Return Policy

Any orders that can be stopped with the vendor will have no cancellation fee. Otherwise, return shipping charges will be incurred. Orders being shipped Express/Express Delivery must be canceled before shipment. Custom mattresses by Corsicana cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-455-1052.

Please be aware your mattress, foundation (boxspring), and/or adjustable base purchase is non-refundable (with the exception of the Ameena Mattress*). However, your mattress purchase is backed by our 100 day guarantee. (Please see Guarantee for details.) In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product and packaging thoroughly during delivery. Please record any packaging and/or product damage on the delivery receipt that will be provided by the delivery personnel. In the event that there is damage to both the product and packaging, please refuse the order with the delivery personnel. Contact us within 1 business day at 1-800-455-1052, and we will work diligently to get you a replacement item. Please be assured that all bedding comes with the original manufacturer warranty. This means that any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and will not need to be returned to us. However, we will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.

*The Ameena Mattress offers a 120-Night Risk Free Trial. If you find Ameena isn't right for you, we will work together to find a local charity or non-profit that can use it instead. Our Furniture and Linens Guarantee/Return Policy

Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. You will be subject to round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. Please note that if your delivery was free, you will be charged the outbound shipping costs paid by Bedding Pros LLC as part of the round trip shipping fees.

For furniture delivered via Front Door Delivery/Curbside Delivery, the Furniture item must be new, unused, unassembled and in the original packaging with all product literature to be eligible for a return.

For furniture delivered via White Glove Delivery (In Home Set-Up) must be in new, saleable condition to be eligible for a return.

Most furniture items are returnable excluding custom made items or any item with a fabric, color or configuration selection. Custom made will be notated in the Features field under Details on the product page

Furniture Items must be determined by the shipper, manufacturer and Bedding Pros LLC to be free of any manufacturer defects or shipping damage (please see our defect & damage policy).

Item(s) will not qualify for the Non-damaged or Non-defective return if:

  • You receive an item that is not the expected finish, fabric or leather on an item previously purchased, on any samples seen or received, on any item which may have been seen locally, on a photograph, printed material or digital image viewed on a computer monitor or any other electronic device
  • You or a Bedding Pros LLC representative, on your behalf, places an order through the Bedding Pros LLC website and the item(s) listed are incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing the email order confirmation details and notifying Bedding Pros LLC within 24 hours if either, you did not receive the email order confirmation, or of any discrepancies on the order confirmation
  • Furniture dimensions and sizes are posted on the website under each item's product page. It is your responsibility to review the dimensions and to ensure that the furniture item(s) will fit into your home through any doorways, up or down any stairways and into any rooms. You accept responsibility to ensure that the furniture fits into your home or office. For any refused items due to the furniture not fitting into your home or office, you will be responsible for any and all fees under our return policy.

    Furniture Return Request Process
    To request a return, you must fill out the Return Request Form within 7 days from receiving delivery.

    Within 1 business day, Bedding Pros LLC will provide you with a quote for total return charges via email which must be agreed to in writing. Once you agree to the return charges Bedding Pros LLC will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange return with our partner carrier, within 1 business day.

    Returned items must be received within thirty (30) days from when the return authorization was issued.

    Once the furniture arrives to our facilities, the furniture item will be inspected by our warehouse team. If the furniture passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment less the round-trip shipping fees and 25% restocking fee within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that it could take your credit card company an additional 1-2 business days for the refund to be reflected on your billing statement.

    In the event that the furniture does not pass inspection we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days and we will ship the item back to you at your cost.

    If you elect to arrange return of the furniture yourself, you will only be subject to outbound shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. If the carrier you elect, damages the item, you will be notified once the item arrives to our warehouse. It will be your responsibility to work with your elected carrier on a damage claim and no refund will be issued for the product.

    Refusal of Delivery (Non-Specified Reason)
    If you refuse an order without notifying Bedding Pros LLC of any damage or manufacturer defects, Bedding Pros LLC will reach out to you over a period of no more than 5 business days requesting a reason for refusal. If contact cannot be made within 5 business days from the date the order was refused, the order will default to our Non-Damage & Non-Defect Return Policy at which time you will be automatically charged round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee and the order will be returned. If the item you refused falls under the custom made category, no refund will be issued.

    Damage Policy
    If an order is deemed damaged by the shipping company, manufacturer and/or by Bedding Pros LLC, we will work diligently to have the issue resolved. Bedding Pros LLC will only accept responsibility for a damaged item where you notated damage on the delivery receipt and you reported the damage to Bedding Pros LLC within 1 day. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt and notify Bedding Pros LLC within 1 day will relinquish Bedding Pros LLC, the shipper and the manufacturer of all liability. Please be advised that there are different procedures for accepting delivery depending on the delivery service level that you have chosen. Refer to your order confirmation to confirm the selected level of service.

    Front Door Delivery/Curbside
    For front door delivery, any damage and/or imperfections on the packaging must be noted as damage to packaging on the delivery receipt before signing the delivery receipt. (If the packaging is severely damaged and damage to the furniture is apparent, please also refuse delivery of the furniture and contact Bedding Pros LLC within 1 day)

    Please open and inspect all furniture immediately. You must fully inspect the furniture including the left, right, top, bottom, back, front, inside, as well as all functioning components including but not limited to doors, drawers, and reclining mechanisms. If damage to any part of the furniture is found during inspection, you must report this within 1 day to Bedding Pros LLC.

    Photographs of the damage will be requested by Bedding Pros LLC's customer service team and are required by the manufacturer. Photographs may be sent via email or by mail. Photographs must include:
    1. Furniture packaging showing damage to the packaging
    2. Full view of the damaged piece in question
    3. Any damages to the furniture
    4. Manufacturer label on the furniture item
    Once photographs are received, Bedding Pros LLC will assess the best option for resolving the issue. This may include:
    1. Sending replacement parts
    2. If replacement parts are not available, Bedding Pros LLC will ship a new piece
    White Glove Delivery (In Home Set-Up)
    It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the furniture when delivery is being made. Please open and inspect all furniture immediately. You must fully inspect the furniture including the left, right, top, bottom, back, front, inside, as well as all functioning components including but not limited to doors, drawers, and reclining mechanisms.

    In the event that there is damage to your furniture, you must note on the delivery receipt, damage to (specify area and description of damage), refuse the damaged item(s) and keep the good item(s). After signing the delivery receipt, you must contact Bedding Pros LLC within 1 day to report the damages. Do not notate concealed damage on the delivery receipt.

    Photographs of the damage will be requested by Bedding Pros LLC's customer service team and are required by the manufacturer. Photographs may be sent via email or by mail. Photographs should include:
    1. Furniture packaging showing damage to the packaging
    2. Full view of the damaged piece in question
    3. Any damages to the furniture
    4. Manufacturer label on the furniture item
    Once photographs are received, Furniture Crate will assess the best option for resolving the issue. This may include:
    1. Sending replacement parts
    2. If replacement parts are not available, Bedding Pros LLC will ship a new piece

    Our Linens Guarantee/Return Policy
    Our guarantee is simple; purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be in the original packaging, unopened and in new, saleable condition with all original product literature. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Since we ship from multiple locations, please be sure to email us for a return address. No refunds will be issued for any item shipped to the wrong address. The item must be received by our facilities within 30 days from delivery for the return to be accepted. Credit will be given to the original method of payment from 3 to 5 business days from product return arrival. Any items returned after 30 days from delivery or with evidence of use, or damage to the product or packaging will not be accepted. We will reach out to you and charge outbound shipping charges to ship the item back to you. No refund will be given.

    Clearance and overstock items, unpackaged linens, and custom ordered product (such as, but not limited to, Matouk Linens and monogrammed linens from Sferra are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.

    Furniture Order Cancellation

    Most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer where they quickly enter production and are shipped. Because we work diligently to make sure that your order is processed and sent to the manufacturer as soon as possible, orders may be canceled within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Any requests to cancel an order outside of 1 business day will be subject to our standard return policy. Please be advised that items with Express Delivery cannot be cancelled due to our fast processing and shipping times.

    Order cancellation requests must be sent in writing to salesteam@us-mattress.net. Once we are able to cancel your order, we will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

    Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that it could take your credit card company an additional 1-2 business days for your refund to be reflected on your billing statement.

    Mattress Recycling Fee

    California orders are subject to a recycling fee of $11 for each mattress and box spring purchased. This is due to California's Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act. Rhode Island orders are subject to a recycling fee of $16 for each mattress and box spring purchased. This is due to Rhode Island's General Law 23-90. Connecticut orders are subject to a recycling fee of $9 for each mattress and box spring purchased. This is due to Connecticut's Public Act 13-42.     Personal Protection Policy

    Your personal protection is a priority at US-Mattress.com. Accordingly, your orders are processed with powerful encryption technology to achieve maximum information protection. Federal law limits your liability to $50 for fraudulent use of your credit card. US-Mattress will cover your liability up to $50 in the unlikely event your purchase transaction on our site results in fraudulent use of your card. Furthermore, US-Mattress.com will not sell or share your personal information to outside parties. Period. We are delighted you visited our store.     Disputes

    Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any products or services sold or distributed by Bedding Pros LLC will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

    There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

    To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to Bedding Pros LLC, 35799 Industrial Road, Livonia, MI 48150. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Bedding Pros LLC, will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.

    We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial.

    Applicable Law
    By using Bedding Pros LLC, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bedding Pros LLC.
