How Do I Create An Account?

It’s completely FREE and easy to set up, there’s no reason to miss out on savings. All it takes is a name, email, and password. Sign up for an account online here. You’ll receive a confirmation email after creating the account. Confirm your account and you’ll be ready to start earning rewards!

How Do I Use My Rewards?

1. When checking out, make sure you’re signed into your account. You will be shown at the top of your cart how many points you will earn as well as how many you currently have. Step 1
2. After clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, you will see a “Use Reward Points” button under Payment Methods - click it and your order total will be updated. Step 2
3. Your new order total will show how many dollars off your points convert to. Simply proceed with another form of payment if there is a remaining balance. If you have more points than your total, you’ll be able to use them for future purchases! Step 3

Where Can I See My Rewards?

In order to view your rewards, sign into your account and click on the “Your account” button next to the cart. You will see clickable options on the left side of the screen that include “My Rewards”. Here you will be able to see how many points you have to spend, how much they are worth for future purchases, and a history of where your points came from! You will earn your rewards 30 days after your purchase so make sure to come back and spend them before they expire.

What Can I Use My Rewards On?

Reward coupons can be used for the majority of products on US-Mattress.com, including bedding, furniture, and accessories!

There are just a few restrictions that apply:

1.) Only one coupon of any type can be applied to each order.
2.) The following brands are not eligible for reward coupon use:

What Purchases Count Towards My Rewards?

Purchases made while signed into your rewards account will earn rewards (some exclusions apply). The rewards will be based on the net amount (so what you pay after any discounts or credits). Items that are cancelled or returned will not earn points. You will not earn points when buying or using a gift certificate. If you enroll after a purchase, you’ll have to contact customer service to receive points for that purchase.

The following collections are not eligible for reward points:

Can I Earn Points When I Buy In Store Or Over The Phone?

Absolutely! When purchasing in a store or online, just give the sales representative your rewards account information (the email tied to your account) to receive the points for your purchase.

Can I Get Points For Something I Already Bought?

Contact customer service by phone at (800-455-1052) or email support@usmattress.zendesk.com to find out if you can still receive points on your purchase.

Member Agreement

General This member agreement includes the terms and conditions of the USM Rewards program. It also includes other details about the relationship with you and US-Mattress, Inc. relating to the program. The USM Rewards program is a loyalty program. By enrolling in, or participating in, the Program, you acknowledge that you've read and understood this member agreement and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Membership Membership is limited to one per person. By participating in this program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. Your membership is non-transferable and subject to the current and future program terms. By participating, you also agree to receive promotional email offers and updates about the program, as well as advertising and marketing material from US-Mattress and their affiliated programs. To un-enroll, please contact USM Rewards Customer Service at support@usmattress.zendesk.com. Your program membership is only valid at www.us-mattress.com. Reward Points Shop at www.us-mattress.com and earn 3% (three percent) of the net amount spent on a qualifying purchase when enrolled in the rewards program. Net amount means the cash amount paid in US Dollars by the member for the qualifying product(s) after applying discounts or credits. To earn points when making a qualifying purchase, you must provide a valid email address and be logged in to your US-Mattress.com shopping account. Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information. If you enroll after your purchase was made, you’ll have to contact customer service at support@usmattress.zendesk.com for them to manually add the reward points to your account.

Points will post to your account approximately 30 days following the purchase date. Points are based upon dollars spent on qualifying purchases. If an order is cancelled or an item is returned, the amount of points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your program membership. Program points have no cash value and are not legal tender. No cashback will be given for reward point redemption. Reward-eligible purchases include purchases of one or more of the qualifying products from the website. The purchase can be made online, in our physical store locations, or over the phone. Reward points may be used in conjunction with some discounts or offers. Gift certificates are not eligible to earn reward points. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.

Reward points expire 365 days after they're applied to your account. Reward points are for discounts on future purchases at www.us-mattress.com. Reward points are non-transferable, only the member to whom they were issued can use them. Reward points may not be transferred, assigned, sold, traded or bartered by any member or any other person, without US-Mattress's prior written consent. US-Mattress may withhold consent at its sole discretion, and any attempt to do any of the foregoing shall be null and void.

In addition, reward points are for the member's personal use only. Members may not aggregate points from multiple accounts, use points for the purpose of purchasing products from the participating sites on behalf of others, or use points for the purpose of reselling such products to others.
Offers As a program member, you'll receive several offers throughout your membership. You will also receive other communications, such as early notification of upcoming events and sales, as well as a newsletter. Member Expiration, Cancellation, and Termination You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service at support@usmattress.zendesk.com. Cancellation may take 1-2 weeks to finalize. In the event of abuse or fraudulent activity related to the Program or violation of its terms, we reserve the right to make adjustments to your program account at any time. Any such adjustments will be made in accordance with the terms, policies, and applicable laws, rules or regulations. In addition, US-Mattress reserves the right to change, limit, or terminate the program and/or your membership for any reason or no reason at any time, with or without notice.
