Foam beds and beds with foam layers are known to undergo a process called mattress off-gassing. 1. Can I finance my Saatva mattress? You sure can! Saatva offers financing on the Saatva Classic through Klarna. To see if you qualify, add your new mattress to the online shopping cart on Saatva’s website, go to checkout and select Klarna. There, you can fill out the application. Upon approval, go to Klarna’s website or download the app to make payments on your new bed.

2. How long will it take for my Saatva mattress to be delivered? It depends. Every Saatva mattress is made on demand and is delivered by hand. It should take anywhere between 7-15 business days. But if you want to be sure of the time frame, visit Saatva’s website and type in your zip code for an estimate of your delivery window.

3. Will I need to be home when my Saatva mattress is delivered? You will. When you order your Saatva Classic mattress, you will pick a delivery date for your white glove delivery. (You can cancel this date at any time with no fee.) The day before delivery, Saatva will call you with a 4-hour time window for when they estimate their representatives will arrive. You need to be home during this window to let the Saatva team in to set up your mattress.

4. How does the 180-night sleep trial work? Because you’re buying the Saatva mattress online, you can’t exactly try before you buy. If this makes you uneasy, don’t worry! Saatva gives you 180 nights to sleep on the mattress before you have to make a full commitment. That’s nearly 4 months of rest before making a final decision! If you decide to make a return within this trial window, call up Saatva and initiate a return. Saatva representatives will come pick up your mattress, and you will get a full refund minus a $99 transportation fee.

5. What does my Saatva warranty cover? Saatva’s non-prorated 15-year warranty covers body impressions greater than 1” and any defects in workmanship. Make sure you use a proper compatible foundation to avoid voiding your mattress warranty.

6. Is the Saatva mattress organic? The Saatva mattress isn’t 100% organic, but it has an eco-friendly construction. The cover is made of 100% organic cotton and the coils are made from recycled steel rods.

7. Will I need to flip the Saatva mattress? Nope. The Saatva Classic has five deliberately placed layers that only work one way. To extend the life of your mattress, we recommend rotating the mattress rather than flipping it.
