Delivery Info

Putting the customer first has always been our top priority. Now it's even more important to make sure we're doing everything to keep you and the delivery personnel safe. Here are some of the steps we're taking:

1. CONTACTLESS DELIVERY: Your mattress will be conveniently delivered to your front door. (Apartment deliveries are to the building front door.)
2. You will not be required to sign a paper or device. Drivers will be able to take a picture of the product as Proof of Delivery.
3. All Mattresses are delivered in a sealed bag or box.
4. We've enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all facilities and trucks.

Additional Delivery Details

1. TIMING: You'll receive your mattress in about 2 to 4 weeks anywhere in the continental 48 states that's road accessible. Check your zip code for an estimated delivery date.
2. SCHEDULING DELIVERY: You'll be contacted by our carrier to schedule your delivery. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
3. FURNITURE & BEDDING: Furniture & bedding deliver separately.
4. WEEKEND OR EVENING DELIVERY: May be available for a nominal fee. Order by phone at 1-800-455-1052.

2. IN-HOME WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: It's super easy; the delivery team will bring in and place your new mattress in your bedroom, unpack it and take away the packaging. You can also add mattress removal for free when you select that option online. (Delivery is up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery carrier.)
