Best Mattress Ever
I get a really good nights sleep with this mattress. Firmness is just right. It took quite awhile to be delivered and I called the Pilot delivery company twice before it got scheduled for delivery and when it did come the box was all torn. It was a king size mattress and only one delivery person. Not crazy about the shipping.

Good but room for improvement
Like the mattress but I'm used to firmer sides. The foam side support is just not as firm as the metal spring side supports that I'm used. Also all 2 sided mattress should have handles to help turn and flip it, thats why I gave it 4 stars.

This is the first mattress I ordered online. I wanted a mattress I could turn over. The pillow top I had left lumps because the wear wasn't equal between my husband and myself. The mattress is on a platform bed with no box springs. I'm wondering if the firmness would be different with a box spring?
