This mattress has a medium-firm Comfort Scale rating of 2.5 and is great for back sleepers or stomach sleepers who want a firm mattress with a touch of initial softness for comfort. This mattress is made primarily from latex and is designed to provide great pressure relief, along with a healthier sleep environment.

This mattress features a 7-inch, 28 ILD Core for back support and does a good job contouring to the curves of your body without feeling overly soft. The core is durable, adjustable-base friendly, and transfers little to no motion if your partner moves during the night. Key features in the comfort padding include two layers of latex for comfort and pressure relief. Latex is one of the best comfort materials used in bedding today because it’s great at reducing pressure points that can lead to tossing and turning; plus, it promotes better blood circulation for deeper REM sleep. It’s also anti-microbial and anti-dustmite for a healthier sleep environment. Another nice feature is the anti-microbial fibers found in the quilt.

Overall the Spring Air Back Supporter Latex Aristocrat Firm is an outstanding value because most latex mattresses cost a great deal more than this and provide a similar comfort.
