The wireless remote allows you to effortlessly change your position without having to get up. It has a number of helpful preset buttons, such as the Zero Gravity position. It's easy to use and really helps you make the most out of this adjustable bed. |
Sealy Ease Adjustable Height Legs |
The adjustable legs on this base give you five options. You can fully remove them, which may be best for use with a platform bed. Or you can use them at 3, 6, 9, or 12 inches. |
Split Bases for King & Cal King Beds |
If you have a large bed, getting a split size is the way to go. This base is offered in split sizes to fit king and California king mattresses. It makes it much easier to move around and also allows you to position yourself different than your partner if you have a split size mattress as well.

Tempur-Sealy International, Inc. acquired Sealy in March of 2013 and changed its name from Tempur-Pedic International Inc. It originally started in 1992 after NASA developed a pressure-absorbing product that was adapted into memory foam. Intended to be used for astronauts, it also worked well to increase comfort on mattresses.
Sealy was founded in 1881 by Daniel Haynes, a cotton gin builder. He received a request for a cotton-filled mattress which led to the business that it is today. One of the largest mattress brands in the world. Tempur Sealy is now the world's largest bedding provider.
Continuing with the innovation of the invention of memory foam, Tempur-Sealy develops and manufactures their own products and components. They provide mattresses, foundations, pillows, and other bedding products to millions of customers.
Of the current adjustable bases offered by Tempur-Sealy, the Sealy Ease 4.0 is the most affordable. I would recommend it if you are mostly looking to benefit from positioning yourself differently at night or if you are sitting in bed for long periods. Whether it is to relieve snoring, back pain, or just for a more comfortable position, this power base will work great.
I do not recommend the Ease adjustable base if you're looking for luxury features such as massage capabilities and USB ports. It only has the main functions and not much extra. Also, if you want something that will be very quiet, the Ergo Extend would have the most silent motor, so it may be worth investing a bit more.
The Sealy Ease 4.0 Power Base is a great standard option if you want an adjustable bed to upgrade your mattress.
