Warranty Information

Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer’s warranty; because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products. Your sleep set is warranted against manufacturing defect(s) in workmanship and material (excluding covers) as stated on the law tag.

Any claim must fall within the time frame and the expressed terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you observe a defect, please contact support@us-mattress.com and they will assist you with all warranty questions and inspection procedures.

The manufacturer’s representative alone will determine whether the product is covered under its warranty. US-Mattress does not have the authority to circumvent the manufacturer’s decision or to expand or modify its warranty. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for all warranty claims and must be the original purchasing consumer within the duration of your warranty. Inspection fees and/or delivery fees are additional. Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void the warranty. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.

If you have moved or the store has closed and you wish to start a warranty claim, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Please refer to the list below.

Warranty Process (for Orders before June 2023)

For all mattress warranty inquiries predating June 2023, you will need to contact the original manufacturer for service. This is due to the fact that US-Mattress was acquired by a new entity and the company from which the acquisition was made has since ceased operations. We apologize for any inconvenience. Warranty Process (for Orders after June 2023)

US-Mattress is always here to help. In the event of a possible product defect, please follow these simple steps to completing a warranty inspection. Although warranties are extended by the manufacturer, we choose to be involved and help you every step of the way.

  1. Remove the sheets form your bed and inspect your mattress.

    • Look for stains - Stains of any kind will void all manufacturers warranties.
    • Verify the manufacturers legal tag is still attached at the top of your mattress.
    • Be sure that the mattress has proper support - Center support is needed to keep any king or queen size mattress supported.
    • Metal bed frames need at least 1 center support with at least 1 foot touching the floor.
    • Wooden bed frames require at-least 5 supports with at least 3 feet touching the floor.
  2. Contact a Support Rep

    • Contact support@us-mattress.com to begin the warranty claim process.
    • A sales receipt from the original purchase is required, and is the customer’s responsibility to provide at this time. Without the receipt your warranty can not be processed.
    • Complete the paperwork scheduling an inspection from with the  Inspections team. The required inspection/re-delivery fee will be collected at this time- $150.00
    • The Inspections team will then contact you to schedule an inspection date and time.
    • The Inspections team will then complete a thorough inspection; checking the product for any product defects or flaws, stains and proper support.
  3. Receive inspection results.

    • The US-Mattress support team will then contact you with the inspection results.
    • If the warranty claim is approved- the manager will then help you select from our current lineup and help select a replacement.
    • Be sure that the mattress has proper support - Center support is needed to keep any king or queen size mattress supported.
    • If the inspection is denied - the manager will help assist you in finding a solution concerning your mattress.
    • Approved or declined, we will always be here to help.
