If you're struggling to sleep, here are some top sleep solutions - specifically products. There are many strategies you can use to sleep better, but we'll focus on what you can add to your sleep system to improve your rest.

It also can be a huge help with snoring, which can be the saving grace if you or your partner snore and the other is suffering.

3. Get Fitted For a Pillow

The right pillow can make a huge difference. People don't often give it much thought, but it's one-third of the support for your body. This makes it essential for good spinal alignment.


  • Side Sleeper: thicker pillow
  • Stomach Sleeper: thin pillow
  • Back Sleeper: medium range of thickness

Notes: if your mattress is softer, you can go thinner with the pillow. If it's a firm mattress, you may want a thicker pillow. 

4. Comfortable Bedding

Are your sheets hot and scratchy? Is your pillowcase itching your face? This can cause sleep problems. Find bedding that is comfortable and cool, so it's not causing you to sweat and toss and turn. Cheap polyester sheets can trap heat and make you sweat. Go for something cotton or silk to improve the feeling when you slip into bed at night.
