The Lux Estate Collection is the mid-range of the Stearns & Foster brand, and there are six mattresses in this collection. There's also a sister collection called the Lux Estate Hybrid that combines foam and inner-spring. Type of Construction

The Lux Estate Collection has a traditional innerspring mattress construction, which utilizes an advanced innerspring coil design called IntelliCoil HD. The 6 models offer a range of comforts from Luxury Firm to a super soft Luxury Plush with Euro Pillow Top options.

Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Mattress Collection Overview

As we mentioned, there are six models in the Lux Estate collection. Lux Estate adds key features over the entry-level Estate Collection; Indulge Foam HD and the IntelliCoil HD innerspring, both of which are new technology for the brand. What's interesting about Indulge Foam is that it's actually made by Tempur-Pedic which is widely regarded as the leading producer of memory foams. There are three pillow top models and they go further by adding a layer of micro coils they call IntelliCoil Micro HD.

All Lux Estate mattresses have additional layers of premium gel foams to help make the mattress soft under your body's curves. They also have a TENCEL cover fabric that actually comes from the eucalyptus plant. The fabric helps to wick away moisture. As mentioned, there are six models and they're constructed in a range of comforts from firm to soft, three of which incorporate the added puffy pillow top.

1. TENCEL Cover

   The fabric on top is called Tencel plant fiber which comes from the eucalyptus plant. Tencel is soft and stretchable, and the cover material improves airflow and wicks away moisture.

2. Indulge HD Memory Foam

   Indulge memory foam is an advanced memory foam made by Tempur-Pedic, a top supplier of premium memory foam mattresses. It helps relieve body pressure and make the mattress more comfortable.

3. IntelliCoil Micro

   The micro-coil layer is made of small, soft coil springs. The metal springs help provide a comfortable, conforming surface under your body. Since they are metal they will keep the same feel for a long time and are very durable.

4. IntelliCoil HD

   The coil-in-coil design features an outer coil that is softer when the coil is first engaged and a firmer interior coil that engages to provide more support under your body as more weight is added. This design can fit 20% more coils than traditional designs.

Stearns & Foster Lux Estate mattresses can be purchased from approved stores and online retailers. They are not available from Stearns and Foster directly. They’re shipped uncompressed and are delivered by home delivery services. Delivery is free and so is the removal of an old existing mattress.
