The PureCool+ Phase Change Material is what brought this bed up to the next level from the Pro Breeze beds. For a softer feel, try the soft Luxe Breeze mattress. While we haven't been able to pressure test this bed yet, I'd expect excellent pressure relief and support based on the materials and the results seen in other Tempur-Pedic beds. Tempur-Pedic has a great reputation for quality, especially when it comes to pressure relief. This mattress is very expensive, so it's really only a good option for those willing to invest in a high-end luxury mattress.
